Messed with some band squats today for the first time. I used them as my warm up and since I liked them so much, I ended up doing more.

BB+micro-mini band 2x10(added 2x8 shoulder press as well)
mini band 2x10
band+135 x5
band+155x5
band+175 3x5

Incline 55#DB bench press 3x8
40#DB Curl 3x8

50# DB bench press 2x8
Pullup 2x6

20min treadmill
