Stopped by DER HOF this morning to see the guys. Did a quick improv workout. There were a few younger local high school kids there for the first time to try and train DER HOF style. Got to work with them on some of the techniques they were doing. I really enjoyed that coaching aspect.

I was surprisingly sore from that quick workout yesterday, especially the hamstrings and shoulders.
2 hours yard work. Spent the better part of an hour digging out a hedge stump from my back yard in the 90 degree weather.
