Did a quick 10min set of Stretching/Grip training/Abd Wheel/Weighted sled push.
Wasn"t able to train the last couple of days so I wanted to do something incase I wasn't able to this evening

Put together a makeshift push sled by putting a milk crate in a plastic storage bin. Work good on the concrete but it lasted about 2 rounds before the friction ground holes through it and into my KB.
