40min treadmill - 30min jog/run 3.72m - 10min intervals
Runs are getting better still got some work to do. Looking to get around 4.2m in 30min and my 5k times around 21-22min

Felt pretty good today, energy levels were fine, body felt loose and responsive. Really pleased with intervals and my cardio.
