Got a little bit in the weekend.
Saturday I did 2 sets of DB curls 12/10 and 2 sets of 5 pullups while waiting for the carpool.
Sunday I did 35min Yoga before work and 20min light MA in the evening
Today:
Warm up: 6 rounds 30sec on/30 sec rest 24kg KB Swing
50min Martial Arts
