10 Feb 10




Been a long 6 days. Got hammered with snow and been spending alot of time shoveling. I also got mandated for 16hrs at work this weekend. Last measurement was 22 inches and it's still falling. I got about 5hrs of shoveling so far and that's doing the minimum. So to take advantage of the situation I would do my best Rocky impersination and run through the snow chasing the dog for a bit, then shovel and back. One lap around the yard and I would sucking major wind, great cardio work.

Monday I did do some more HSPU practice.

My cardio needs some serious work, wasn't happy with my run at all.

Got a little bit in the weekend.

Saturday I did 2 sets of DB curls 12/10 and 2 sets of 5 pullups while waiting for the carpool.

Sunday I did 35min Yoga before work and 20min light MA in the evening

Was really happy to finally get back to The Yard with the guys. Took it a little easy since I haven't been there in awhile. Modified the first set, they performed burpee pullovers to 5 dips then p-bar.
